If you been following my blog you’ve seen the Minnie Mouse Birthday Invitations I made for my best friend’s daughter’s 1st birthday. Well, it’s been a year already and she is turning 2 at the end of this month! I was asked yet again if I could make invitations for the big day and of course I said YES!
This year’s party theme is Elmo. I had an idea to have a punch art Elmo popping his head up from the bottom of the invitation and the wording being crayon text just like the Elmo’s World show. I used MDS (My Digital Studio) to create the wording and then a combination of punches and Big Shot Framelits to create the Elmo head.
I ABsolutely LOVE how these turned out especially because the idea started in my head and implemented perfectly! I hope you agree! I have some ideas to create other Sesame Street character Birthday Invitations so watch out for future posts with them!
If you are looking to order any of these, e-mail or call me. I’d love to create them for you or sell you the products so you can make them yourself!
